We act only as a third-party service provider to assist sellers in managing their online marketplace operations.

Seller Selling Point is not owned, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with Amazon, Flipkart, or any other marketplace unless explicitly stated.

  • “Amazon” and related names/logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. and/or its affiliates.
  • We do not represent Amazon or act on Amazon’s behalf.
  • We provide services independently based on publicly available guidelines and authorized access provided by sellers.

This disclaimer is required to comply with Amazon’s trademark and Selling Partner API usage guidelines.

3. Eligibility

You may use our services only if:

  • You are an authorized representative of a business or brand
  • You provide accurate and truthful information
  • You comply with applicable marketplace policies, laws, and regulations

We may terminate or refuse services if false information is provided or if Amazon or other marketplace policies are violated.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

  • To provide accurate account access using official marketplace authorization methods
  • Not to share Seller Central usernames or passwords with us
  • To follow Amazon’s and other marketplaces’ terms, policies, and listing guidelines
  • That SSP is not responsible for decisions made by Amazon or any marketplace such as:
    • Account suspension or deactivation
    • Listing suppression or removal
    • Buy Box loss or ranking changes
    • Ad disapprovals or budget issues
    • Other enforcement or policy actions

You retain full responsibility for your business operations on Amazon and other marketplaces.

5. Data Access and Authorization

If you authorize us to access your Amazon or marketplace account:

  • We access only the information required to deliver the services you request.
  • All data is handled in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy (DPP) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
  • We do not store or request Seller Central usernames and passwords.
  • You may revoke our access at any time through your Seller Central or marketplace settings.

6. Service Fees & Payments

  • Pricing may vary based on catalog size, ad spend, marketplaces, and service scope.
  • Quote-based pricing will be communicated and agreed before service begins.
  • All payments must be made as per agreed terms and payment schedule.
  • No refunds are issued for services already delivered or ongoing monthly retainers.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Selling Point is not liable for:

  • Loss of sales, revenue, profit, or opportunity
  • Account suspension, deactivation, or enforcement actions by marketplaces
  • Incorrect changes made directly by the client or unauthorized users
  • Delays or failures caused by marketplaces, hosting providers, or third-party tools

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific sales volume or revenue
  • Buy Box ownership or share
  • Search ranking positions
  • Advertising performance results
  • Account reinstatement or policy appeal outcomes

Marketplace performance is influenced by many factors outside our control, including competition, demand, pricing, product quality, and marketplace algorithms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, designs, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of Seller Selling Point unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse any content without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Activities

When using our website or services, you must NOT:

  • Use our services to violate Amazon or other marketplace policies
  • Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or misleading activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our tools, scripts, or processes
  • Provide unauthorized access to Amazon or marketplace data
  • Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of such violations.

11. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

  • Payments are overdue or repeatedly delayed
  • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
  • Marketplace or Amazon policies are violated due to your actions
  • You misuse our services or tools

Upon termination, you are responsible for revoking our access from your Amazon or other marketplace accounts and settling any outstanding dues.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last Updated” date at the top.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
